Cantonale Berne Jura 2019

The Kunstverein Biel is organising the Cantonale in cooperation with the Kunsthaus Biel and is showing 56 positions across the entire exhibition space this year. The regional art scene presents itself as active and open-minded, with works by artists who express their ideas in a variety of ways. In media such as painting, drawing, video, sculpture, photography or installation, they question current themes and challenge our viewing habits. Showing art here means creating relationships and building bridges. As part of the Cantonale Berne Jura, works by the winners of the Prix Kunstverein and the Prix Anderfuhren will also be presented.
